Before Transformation:
Initially, the landscaping was uninspiring and minimalistic, primarily featuring low, sparse ground-covering plants that offered little visual appeal. This underdeveloped appearance did not reflect the building's vibrant urban setting. Potted plants on a ledge along the brick exterior seemed an afterthought, contributing to a general sense of neglect and a lack of vibrancy in the outdoor spaces.

Soil Issues:
A critical challenge in the landscaping was the poor soil quality, which was compact and lacked the necessary nutrients to support healthy plant growth. This issue was evident from the patches of struggling vegetation and the overall dull appearance of the gardens.

After Transformation:
Recognizing the importance of curb appeal and the need for a garden that complements its urban surroundings, the building underwent a significant landscaping overhaul.
